Casting Call for IGLOO
Sometimes you don’t get what you want.
Sometimes you have to wait for what you want.
Sometimes you get something better than what you wanted.
A show about waiting for it to snow and building igloos.
We are excited to be casting for a remount of Igloo our highly acclaimed show for 0-3 year olds for a National Tour http://www.travellinglighttheatre.org.uk/shows/igloo/.
We are looking to cast two dynamic and contrasting performers with excellent storytelling abilities, and a playful disposition. These performers, aged 22 to 37, both need to have a high level of physical skill, a good singing voice/ musicianship and a warm approach to working with young audiences.
We are looking for open, collaborative performers who aren’t afraid of bringing their own personality to the role.
We have a policy of integrated casting and are inviting applications particularly from actors from underrepresented backgrounds to apply.
This is a small scale tour and additional tasks will be shared between the whole team including fit ups/ get outs and driving.
