Casting for remount of Boing!
Travelling Light Theatre Company and Bristol Old Vic are looking for a versatile dancer/ performer that can demonstrate proficiency in breaking and contemporary.
We are looking for extraordinary dancers with an excellent storytelling ability, integrity and play at their heart. They must have an interest in performing for young audiences.
We have a policy of integrated casting and are actively encouraging applications from a diverse range of dancers. This role is non gender specific.
This contract is for a Christmas run planned in Bristol for 2019 and a potential international tour for 2020 (dates to be confirmed)

Wages: £525 per week (ITC/Equity contract)
Wednesday 20 March in Bristol (Travelling Light Studios)
Thursday 28 and Friday 29 March in London (Venue TBC)
Auditions will consist of a group movement workshop in the morning and recalls will take place that afternoon.

Facilitator Call Out
Tobacco Factory Theatres, Bristol Old Vic and Travelling Light are looking for exceptional facilitators to help deliver their wide programmes of participatory activity. Participation departments in all three organisations are looking to work with new artists, directors and facilitators and this is an ideal opportunity to meet the teams and find out more about our work.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for facilitators with a range of skills to help support our existing programmes, as well as new projects. This could include:
- Working with young people aged between 0-25 years
- Regular weekly activity in our Young Theatre Maker, Young Company and Youth Theatre sessions
- After-school activities
- In-school activities
- Bespoke workshops and masterclasses
- Directing our Summer schools
- Early years activity
- Workshops for young people with additional needs
